We produced a heritage statement on behalf of the client, examining the potential impacts of the proposed development on the heritage assets within the study area.
We were able to demonstrate the sensitivities and the heritage significance of the assets.
Our report satisfied the requirements of PPS5 and ensured that an appropriate assessment had been carried out; permission has since been granted to the development.
